When you set them down...you will swear they are closed a hair, but I think it is the top of the face that looks closed whereas the bottom looks a touch open to me...all I know is that they are STRAIGHT BOMBS and uber forgiving across the face!! JUST SOLID FEELING!! The forged cup face is so soft and feeling with a nice 'thwack' to it that is mid pitch.

I like the sounds of that. How did the RFE's compare?
I went RFE in the 5 wood, since it was about 10 yards shorter for me than the XHP 5 wood...wanted that distance in the 5 wood to split the 3 wood and 3 iron. Feel in the RFE Fairways is super solid. RFE driver, feels better to me then the RF did for sure...but I am really an ALL Ti Head guy....love that feel and sound more than the Forged Composite...to each his own there. BUT RFE was a very solid head, just didn't hit it alot. Both the XHP and RFE are so solid at address in both driver and fw's it is not even funny...classic shape all the way!

I think if you select by manufacturer you can select Matrix and then Black Tie at no upcharge. Of course this is the US site so not much help to us down under!
Giddy with excitement on the new arrivals! Also X Forged available with 2 iron

Does anybody have specs on the faces for these? I generally prefer a shallower face, is there a noticeable difference in the feel from one to the other or is it negligible for those that hit it?
(yes. I know, hit them both and see for myself. just looking for info.)
Oh and yeah. X Hot Pro 3 wood is mos def for me. Just a matter of 13.5 or 15.
The lowest spinning head is the Razr Fit Xtreme followed by Xhot Pro, then Xhot. Each head is seperated by about 300-400rpm's of spin. So if you want a low profile head the Xhot will be the best bet.
