Because
- The guys who are members at these clubs are possibly advertisers or influencers of advertising in this or sister publications.
- Clubs use it for self promotion (and get GD's permission to use it).
- It provides an in for those doing the ratings to play clubs that they otherwise could not get into. And the trip becomes an 'expense'.
