I purchased a 910 some time ago and it had a thicker type of plastic on the "Titleist 910" on the bottom like a cell phone screen protector. Anyway it turned out to be fake and I purchased a 913 from eBay with the seller having feedback of over 900 with the same type of plastic and I've never seen a new one with the plastic on the bottom like this one. All the new one's I remember have the standard thin plastic covering the entire head. Anyone who has seen a new one with the thick plastic exclusively on a portion of the bottom?

Thanks

Yes mine did and it came straight from Titleist. The plastic even showed a little bit of bubbling.

So the was the entire head wrapped in plastic, or just the " Titleist 913 " on the bottom?

There should be a thicker piece of protecing film on the bottom section, and then the entire head should be wrapped except for the hot glue hole and the area around the screw for the shaft.
