How many of us have sat back and watch some of GolfWRX best pimp thier bag out with some crazy gear. I would like to see some of those sets of irons here so we can consider having a contest voted by members. Best set of pimped out irons for 2012.

Maybe in two categories. One for OEM tweaked and another for Custom "boutique" OEM sets.

Can you add a pic or link a thread that has a set?

Here are a few I grabbed off the top of my head...

Trying to get pics up of my conforming Callaway X-Prototypes up with pink paint fill, lime green ferrules & pink KBS Tour V2 shafts. Every time I try & upload I always get  image error for some reason, maybe I can email it to someone to get it posted.

Muscle shaping is very similar to tai's protos. Forgive me, do those have any custom work on them, or is that standard? They look goooood!

No you're right, no custom work so they don't really qualify for "pimped out" but I just got them so I might have to do some work on em before they win any beauty contests. But I'm pretty happy with them as is too...

I would put this set up against anything out there.  Had them built at the beginning of the 2012 season.  Pured, MOI built...everything.

Epon AF Tour w/ Black finish w/ Diamana Thump X graphite shafts.

Insane set of clubs.  The most pure things you could ever imagine feeling and a good amount of forgiveness for a blade style iron.

Love them but some ongoing health issues made them be a bit too much club for me so they went on to a new home where they're being enjoyed and appreciated.

Thanks for all the love guys!  It would be an honor to be nominated for this because it sure was fun designing these and sharing the step by step process with GolfWRX as this set came to fruition.

The 2 iron they hand milled into a cavity back from a "Flatback" blade forging has turned out to be my go-to club!

TAI, those clubs are absolutely beautiful, and would get my vote from anything I've seen here.

That said, you live in SoCal, but the photos have a tile floor as backdrop? That's unforgiveable :)

I've built some decent sets. Yonex Ezone MBs, Miura 501s, Tour Issue MB2 Satins this past year. All that doesn't even comes close to Tai's custom built set from Scratch. He wins hands down. If we were voting for original OEM clubs, a lot of fellas would be in the running.
