2 times in the last month, I have tried to sell an item on "another board" to have people tell me "i'll take it" and then after a week of hounding they tell me "oh..I got a better deal somewhere else. Sorry." This is getting really annoying.

Yet another reason this place is becoming my home for golf on the internet.

This is the only golf forum site that I have ever been to. Not sure how i even got here, but i am glad that I did.

I do agree that when people say they will buy something or do something they should follow thru with it. You may have had other offers after theres that you rejected since you thought you had it sold.

Do what my father does, money talks, BS walks, first one with the cash in MY hand gets the prize.

Unless I've dealt with someone before,who i'd be more inclined to give a bit of slack too,my policy has always been,first with the cash gets the item. To many "tire kickers" out there.
