For some reason the topic was removed before I could respond to it. Quick recap. Purchased a set of irons from this guy and the build was wrong on the full set. He took responsibility for the six iron only then chose to disappear, not returning emails or phonecalls.

In a nutshell, after spending $3500 on golf clubs with this guy, you would think the least he could do is stand behind his product. All I was looking for was a return policy or an RA # from Taylormade to have the clubs repaired. Not to be talked down to like I have no knowledge of club making and accept only what he is telling me was wrong.

I wonder why that last thread was removed?  It was definitely looking kind of shady by the responses coming from the "other guy" claiming to know Marc, and about the whole situation.  I still have the old thread opened on my browser and the other something was just odd about the situation.  Anyways thanks for the info.

Why does this keep getting shut down? This is the third topic that has been started on this because someone keeps closing it...

As a club fitter, builder and shop owner, that's horendous  customer service. 3500 on clubs is u paying his bills. He should have done everything to help with a smile on his face. On most OEM custom orders (assuming he didn't build them himself) their are no returns on custom orders, but any professional, certified club builder should make it right. Sorry for the headaches man.

You just reminded me of that one.  I even posted about how shady the thread was getting with those responses from his "friend" who somehow knew every detail about the transaction.

I was looking at RBZs yesterday, and noticed this description: "This is not the case at other PEOPLES shops, be sure to get the real stuff, built by the real guys on tour."  http://www.ebay.com/...=item3a7c3cbfa6

Is that a jab?

Seems like a sideways bash on Will...you almost have to admire the balls on this joker. Thanks for the heads up.

No way that's NOT a jab.  If that is the eBay account of this guy (or even if it's not), the guy's a donkey!

Ok, then he IS a donkey. I couldn't remember if you knew that was him or not, but I see it's his ID here you weren't sure about.

I asked that guy some ?s regarding his stuff and all I got was BS responses. I asked one thing while getting answers about completely different things that I was not interested in. Steer clear

Wow.  Jabs at Will.  You gotta have some serious stones to do that.  I have always had the best service and communication from Will.  Sounds like this guy could use some lessons from Will.
