Up for sale is a set of Adams A12 satin heads. If you are familiar with these, they are 1 of 25 sets made for Watson. He still plays these. They have had some use, but as you can see are still in pretty good shape. These were purchased from another wrxer. The 5 iron has a ding on the toe and the 7 iron has some rock marks that do not affect playability. There are other small nicks and bag chatter from general play. The 4-6 irons have cracks in the plating on the hosels that are from bending lies. These are not noticeable at address and are tough to see. They do not affect the structural integrity of the irons.
If you are wondering the difference between these and the off-the rack black A12s, there is no comparison in the feel of these! These are like butter and are a softer feeling material. I know because I switched from the blacks when I got these. I was sceptical until I hit them. The reason, and I dread this, that I am getting rid of these is that I was recently fully fitted to the new cmb adams irons. I needed different shafts and everything.
The clubs come in 3-9 iron in the A12 satins with a Score 46* pitching wedge. Most of the pros use different wedges for their set. This is about a $140 wedge brand new and it is in great shape. I have removed all of the paintfill which looks really cool. .355 tip shafts are what these take.
