I'm in Africa and all this week I cannot log in because it says I've been blocked. I'm assuming you think most people from Africa are scam's, but I assure you I'm a valid member.
To log into my account and post this, I had to use a VPN. can someone fix this please?

Just to update, again this morning I am still banned using my service provider IP adress.

Any help.....anyone??

You will need to provide us a static IP address for access. We don't ban the entire continent.

Could you be a little more specific please? Im not sure which static IP you need, as Im just an average Joe with computers. in the RUN box, I typed ipconfig/all.....is the information there?

And I never said you banned the whole continent. Thats insane. But apparently you do like to ban people at random, Im proof of that.

You need to request a static ip from your Internet service provider and send it to security@wrxhosting.com. We don't ban people at random as you can post from your account now. We do protect the site and users by enforcing security protocols to high risk areas.

Wow, the only way I know of to get a static Ip is to pay for one.
Seems silly that I would have to pay to visit this site, which is free to most everyone else.

You aren't paying to visit the site. You are verifying your account is coming from non malicious sources.

Out of curiosity, it sounds like this site bans blocks of IP addresses at a time. What triggers the decision to do this? Simply too much spam coming from an IP in that block?

And since I started this thread,then continue to try to resolve the issue, doesn't that merit me a non malicious threat?

The system is setup by security policies and it requires members to visit from white labeled sources. If your Internet address keeps changing then the policy cannot be enforced. Please follow the procedures requests so we can help you.

I understand what your saying. Not everyone can be trusted, as my very first post in this thread indicates.

I'm asking for Tanzania to be on your "white labeled source" whatever that is. There is no threat here.

Multiple times a day I log in this site from
1) work
2) home
3) home #2
4) phone

I simply cannot afford to pay for static ip's to visit this site.
Right now I feel like the innocent man being hung. I did nothing wrong to get banned, in fact you could say I'm contributing to the growth of this site.

And at the end of this month, my only way to log in(VPN) will expire, and so will my GolfWRX membership.

I'm asking for all of us Tanzanian golfers to allow us to visit your site, so that we can learn this game that you love so well.
