Yes,  very typical of the stamping and format of the earlier tour models

I'm not an expert, but I know this seller has had issues with fakes. Search on this site and you'll find at least one thread about him.

The putter in question is real. Not sure who did the paint fill though. Putters milled back in the time period pretty much had either black or white paint fill depending on the finish.

That stamping format with the inverted/ horizontal lettering is really cool! Never seen that before.
