I am curious as to how far you can bend wedges either weak or strong. I was stupid in thinking I wanted 4 wedges, so I'm sitting with a 50* and a 56*. I would love to go with the 52* and 58*. Now is it possible to bend two degrees weak, especially with a cast wedge as I'm gaming, or would it be better to just sell the ones I have and get ones set with those lofts? What are the pros and cons of bending wedges weak by 2*?

Bending 2* is no problem.  Bounce will increase 2* if you bend loft weak 2*.

Forged wedges are easier to bend (softer metal) so be extremely careful with your cast wedges as the finish might crack. See a pro or send back to the manufacturer...

Diggers usually do prefer some bounce. I too am a digger and prefer irons with more bounce and a leading edge grind.
