I picked up a set of burner 2.0 irons off ebay for my brother and for the life of me cannot figure out what shaft is in them.  They are stiff, light lower ball flight than the stock shaft that came with the Burners. I have measured the step pattern and I get 12 identical 1.25" true temper logo below the last step going to the True Temper website the only shaft that comes close is the TX Tour.  I contacted the seller and he bought them off a dealer and they were a demo set.  Would Taylormade put in a discontinued shaft?  Any help would be appreciated. Seller had no idea what shaft was in them.

If the grip is off, look for a code.
If the grip is on, it could be a Dynalite Gold where 2 steps is hidden behind the grip - it got 12 x 1.25

Thats what I was thinking as this shaft was offered as a custom shaft along with the XP

Thanks I appreciate it.
