Surprised to see that it was high spin for you. The Black has been able to knock tons of spin off for 2 of my buddies that I play with. I would get your spin numbers checked on a monitor. I'm not at all surprised to see that your RBZ 4W (errrr uhummm 17.5 degree, isn't that really a 5W?) is launching high . . that should be given considering your loft. If you need a low launching fairway might want to look at a different setup altogether.
Back to the OP's topic really it's gonna come to getting fitted to your swing. Sounds real cliche but different swings, heads, and shafts react unique to each player. Having issues w/ a sub 100mph swing to me would indicate issues with AoA rather than equipment that would caus too much spin.
OP is asking for a light weight - low spin - low launch shaft not too many out there sub 60 grms

I was surprised as well. Actually the RBZ is considered by TaylorMade a 3HL (high launch). But 17 degree has always been a 4 wood loft (in my opinion). I play the same RBZ in a 5 wood as well with an Oban Devotion. My regular RBZ 3 wood is 15 degrees with a Fujikura Rombax Type X. Compared to the other two shafts the Black launches higher than my 5 wood and spins more for me (balloons about 200 yards). I don't worry about it too much because I only throw the 4 wood in the bag when I play a short course and throw an extra wedge in the bag. My normal set up is the 3 and 5 wood. I bought the black on a deal from the guys I buy my stuff from. It was a pull they sold me for 90 bucks installed. The 4 wood is more of a toy and range club for me. I was thinking white board or the Rombax or Devotion I have in the other two. When I get fitted for my new 913 D2 Driver, I'm also bringing the woods to dial in that 4. Probably means putting in the other shafts I already have in my normal 3 & 5 setup. The 4 was the only club I didn't get fitted for. I'm just saying the black isn't the right shaft for me. Even my golf pro was surprised how the 17 degree launched higher than the 19 degree.

All I can say.... They really maxed me out. Nailed what I wanted in terms of mid launch low spin that isn't a steel pipe in feel.
Get fitted.
After that, the only way to truely drive it longer is putting in gym time.
