Picked up a Ping Anser Driver 9.5 with the Ahina 70s shaft in the classifieds.I have not recieved this driver as of yet, still in the mail.

I was at Dicks Sporting Goods today and hit a Ping Anser Driver 9.5 with the Stock Ping TFC 800D Stiff shaft because they did not have the Ahina Shaft in a demo club.

Hit about 5 balls and these are the basic results.

220 carry
242 total yards
141 ball speed
Spin 2300-2650
Launch 10-13
Ball: Maxfli soft feel

So how will the Ahina compare to the above shaft? Numbers?

Thoughts?

launch is probably to low, get the blur.

I tried the Ahina stiff, but it did not work for my swing. The ball flight was just too low. The Blur stiff was just perfect for my swing.

How is the blur for someone that hooks the ball? The one thing I liked when I demoed the Ahina was it was hard to turn over from right to left. I struggle with a big hook! Please let me know, as I am about to order. I demoed the 9.5 Ahina (all my club had) and it was a little low. I am thinking 10.5 Ahina or maybe 10.5 Blur..
