Ok so I searched on here about this topic and didn't find anything.  I changed to the claw style grip about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Having done that, I'm now looking for a new putter.

What putters would fit this grip style?  I'm thinking about getting fit for a yes putter or getting fit on the yes system and having a MannKrafted putter made, ten-12 maybe or something like that.

For those that use the Claw grip what putter do you use?  Post a photo please.

For those that don't use it, what do you think would be a good putter.

i would think the only thing you might need to change is the lie angle. seems like claw-style putting works best with an upright lie angle. other than that, i think any putter would work.

I would suggest something with some toe flow. I had good success this summer with a Ping My Day. But any Anser style putter should work fine. I lengthened my putter because I felt like the claw was putting me in an uncomfortable position and I moved it 2 degrees upright.

I'm experimenting with the claw and an Itsy Bitsy right now, but I don't think it's working out. I'll probably be back to the My Day this weekend if I can't get locked in with the Spider.

I too changed to the claw/pencil grip and had good sucess with my Taylormade Ghost Maranello. Sergio is using a similar putter and stroke.

I had an Itsy Bitsy CS that worked with that grip style with the heaviest weights (16g) in it. The SeeMore FGP was been transformed again. It's heavy headed still but I put a 13" grip on it I made from a 21" Super Stroke belly grip for that specific grip style.

I used to play a long putter and used the claw grip in my right hand.

I now use the Yes Natalie putter and it may be the best putter I have ever used.

Using the claw on the Natalie works great for me.
