2013 Myrtle Beach Golf Passport

The Myrtle Beach Area Golf Course Owners Association (MBAGCOA) is pleased to offer you the best value in golf on our Grand Strand (Myrtle Beach area) golf courses. The 2013 version is now available to the public with no residency restrictions for membership from January - December 2013.
The Myrtle Beach Golf Passport may be purchased for only $39.00 plus tax (total $42.50) and offers multiple rounds of play at more Myrtle Beach area courses than any other discount card available.
For golfers who are not on a golf package, the PASSPORT offers members low discounted golfing green and cart fees at more than 80 Myrtle Beach area courses from Georgetown, SC to Southport, NC. Myrtle Beach Golf Passport members may bring up to three (3) guests who can play at the same player fee available to the Passport Member. Discounts are also available on regular priced merchandise at many of our pro shops as well as certain area restaurants/businesses along the Grand Strand. Specials andTournaments are also provided making the Passport an unmatched golfing value.
To provide best possible pricing, rates will be posted on the website and updated regularly. A summary of Passport pricing "Specials" are available on the website (Specials) and are accessible through use of a password up to seven (7) days prior to day of play. Daily "Specials" are also emailed to members.
Tee Times may be booked online at many of our courses two (2) days prior to day of play, however call-in booking is always available (48 hours waived from time to time).
The Passport program has been enhanced and our service now provides text messaging which offers last minute deals and special pricing from time to time. Sign up is easy after you become a Passport Member and "opt-in".
The Myrtle Beach Golf Passport can now be ordered via internet using your credit card (Click "Apply Now For Your Passport"). However, orders through the mail and in office options remain available.

General Information

• Passport available to general public - no resident restrictions
  
• Passport not transferrable
  
• All prices are "player fee" and include both green fee and cart fee for 18 holes.
  (Player fee varies depending on course and time of year.)
  
• State taxes and fees may not be included.
  
• Special discount rates available on internet 7 days prior to day of play
  
• Starting times are 48 hours maximum in advance - space available
  (48 hour booking may be waived up to 7 days from time to time)
  
• Multiple rounds of play at participating courses - space available
  
• Passport member may bring up to 3 guests to play at the same member rate
  
• Merchandise discounts for members and guests at most pro shops

I'd love to see what kind of deals they have, especially during the spring.

Guessing that this "special deal" is not the same as the actual "locals rate" that most courses charge for zero membership fee.  Still might be a good deal but only if we could only see the actual discounts and restrictions.

That info was not posted on their website, but I included their contact info. That Passport is supposed to be the real deal.

There is a company that sells tee times inside of martins that appears to have the "inside track" on last minute tee times in Myrtle Beach.  They have a website that always shows rates. I do not remember the name but once i do i will re-post

Found a receipt.
The name of that company is Tee Up Tomorrow.  I have bought the passport in the past and i have found that the upfront cost is not worth it for someone that only comes down a couple of times a year.   The website is TeeUpTomorrow.com
