I think its been a good marriage so far. Seems like they are both working independently. A lot of people complained about the silver. Taylormade was selling white like crazy, so seems logical to change. I wish it was flat black, but it seems like a good change. Just my 2 cents.

Any word on stock shafts? Sticking with the Fubuki alpha and Matrix Black Tie would be fine by me!

Ok, lets get the facts on this new driver from Adams.....

That shape and placement of the VST slot reminds me of the RBZ slot:

Good god, they botched the top. Looks like quite an odd shape too. I hope they revert to the silver before release. The silver is great, more classic than white, more noticeable than flat black.

Personally, I love the graphics on the crown. Really makes it stand out in my opinion.

If anyone is going to complain about the Nike driver with the swoosh on the crown I'm just going to send them here to look at something worse.

If that is true...I guess all of the club manufacturers just figure that hacks are blind.  TaylorMade doesn't put on the ugly graphics on the TP heads and Callaway only uglies up the hacker versions of their drivers too.  Welcome to the club Adams...that being said, can't wait to hit the LS.

Do you think they put the crown graphics on there as a theft deterrent?

As in, they'd look at it and decide they don't want that ugly driver?

Not a fan of the sole graphics, but at least being graphics and not weight plates they won't fly off.

The sole almost looks like the Dick's only Burner 3.0 driver... Not a fan either, but I'm surre I'll try one.

looks exactly like the 3.0 burner.  Looks cheap.  I'm suprised they went with the white head.  The silver would give options and would still be in the TM brands.

I like my drivers just how I like my women: I prefer them to not look like I just picked them up at Wal-Mart.

A little light sanding on the crown, a gentle spray of matte black spray paint and you got yourself a winner.

You take this home, throw it in a pot, add some broth, a potato... baby you got a stew going!

Once I start the swing, graphics don't matter.

If the slot technology gives extra forgiveness and Adams offers  a selection of shafts and adjustability, it'll do.

Adams continues to impress.  It really is too bad TM will inevitably make wholesale changes to the company.

I doubt it....the pros won't want the graphics....they will opt out so they will have a version without graphics.
