Made in Asia as well. Produced based a licensing relationship with the Mills Co.
They aren't bad putters.
They were initially made to compete with other cast putters, Oddyssey in partcular.

Ok, so from what I gather I possibly purchased a inferior product. Are they of any value?

I have putted with one. It is a good product.
It was said these were supposed to be lower value putters meant to compete in Asia. Unfortunately this was probably lost in translation because the prices here were pretty much the same as the putters David makes. It ends up blurring the line between the cast ones and the ones actually worked on by David.
My personal opinion was that there should have been some differentiation from the other Mills products. The "Spalding-Mills" putters had Spalding on them.
I did see later Jeans Pacific models have designed by David Mills shaft bands.
If you got one at a good price you have a nice putter
