This game can really have its ups & down. A year ago Campbell & Stenson were shooting in their 80's. Now they are both 36 hole leaders in their respective tournament.

Campbell is a great story, he couldn't break 80 for a while but refused to quit even if people recomended him to. Would be awsome if he could finnish high this week or even win.

Stenson play as good as he ever has right now. The biggest surprise was how he hit the driver. He hardly used it for 10 years, and when he used it he hasn't t trusted it (not going at it as with his 3-wood).  He hit several 370+ today!

I really hope these guys can make it back to the big stage & top 25 in the world. The guy i'd really like to see make a comeback is David Duvall. Who's your favourites to make a comeback? Perhaps someone at Q-school?

Stenson's Players win was a great display of golf.

Yeah, he drove the 375 par 4. Had 4-iron 2nd on the 630 yard par 5. Short SW on a 460 yard par-4. You'd have to watch the broadcast yourself. It is thin air there, but still.

And yes Vindog, maybe is all in theire heads. Same goes for Duval? Can't see that much of a difference in Duvals swing today, then the one he had back in the days.

Stenson is playing at over a mile in altitude. It helps.

Agreed, & I shouldn't have talked yardages at all. However, very fun to see him hiting the driver for like the first time in 7 years. Today he didn't trust it and was back to his 3-wood. His 3-wood is stupid long, and was longer then his player partners drives most of the time. However, I think it made a huge difference thursday & friday when he used driver and only had wedges in to the greens.

Campbell looked super nervous & that thing he did on the tee where he hit the ball by misstake pretty much summed it up. Don't think he will hold tomorrow. Almost been good had he missed the put on 18 so he wouldn't have had to go out last tomorrow.

Just saw that Hank Kuhne & Jamie Lovemark missed by one stroke to move on in Q-school...

I thought I was the only one with a 130+ mph swing speed who averages 372 off the tee....you guys don't?

I wanted to laugh when "comeback" and "Duval" were mentioned in the same sentence, then remembered that deep down, Duval is still my favorite golfer.  It's just hard to put a lot of faith in him when he's been saying "i'm really close to playing well" for the last five years.
And yet, I still pull for the guy to get it back.

Very interested in seeing how Cambo goes tonight, being a countryman we don't have many golfers performing well on the world tours so fingers crossed tonight. Watched all his 3rd round and I'd be surprised if he hung on, looked very uncomfortable with the driver. Iron play was great though so will be rooting for him as it would be a massive win for his confidence.
