Hey guys I'm having a problem right now with usps. I shipped a package out with tracking and apparently it's been lost. It says it was sent out on Nov. 2 and thats the last amount of information they have for the item. Ive put in a claim with usps on wednesday, they said they would call me back in 24 hours but they didn't, I called them and they sent me to another "escolated" number where I cant get hold of anyone! Is this really happening! Was curious if this has ever happened to anyone else and if so what your story is. If they cant find the package am I screwed out of a set of irons (adams mb2)? Any helps much appreciated.

Got owned. lol.

I hate UPS cause of boarder crossing fees. They charge the most.

Chances are it will. It's the start of Xmas season shipping and things get slower.

I just had a 3 wood get last month. Luckily, I insured it (I insure EVERYTHING I ship), and the process wasn't too painful, especially filing a claim online. The key is to have both Paypal payment records and photos of the club on hand. It does take a while, but the hardest part was getting through to a live person at USPS. Good luck with your claim.

It's getting to be a regular occurrence, just just be patient. It'll show up eventually. Had it happen a couple weeks ago.

I hate that.  Getting charged for having illegal aliens living at my house too.

I didn't insure it unfortuntaly just got the tracking. I was actually making a trade with a member on here so now I have to send his clubs back. Its a mess. They have a return address onthem so you would think they may get back to me? The irons I shipped out were supposed to arrive on Nov. 8th it's now the 16th so hope's running out..

Same thing here.  Shipped 4 boxes in early October.  Printed online labels through PayPal for eBay sales and dropped them all at the same po.  1 of the 4 is still never showing as scanned in and I am out $250 refunding the borrower and getting -0- answers from the po.  I normally don't insure on eBay sales but guess I need to start.  Probably would not help since they failed to scan it in though.

Was the item shipped Parcel Post or Priority? I purchased a set of irons that were shipped Parcel Post. They took 17 days to get from Colorado to Indiana.

With my package, the status came up as "lost package", so it was pretty clear that it wasn't just delayed. The recent weather has really delayed shipping, so it could be delayed, especially if the status is still shows package en route. I had an item sent from NY to me in NJ that took 2 weeks. Granted, it was USPS first class package, but still 2 weeks is a looong time.

haha the two best tracking senarios I've seen.

1) Ordered 2 clubs drom Dallas with UPS. Same shipping rate on both. Seller sent them in 2 packages. Both where picked up at the same time by the same driver. One was flown out of Dallas to Toronto. The other showed up a few days later by ground. lol

2) USPS. Ordered club from Mirtle Beach. It got sent down ground to Miami, stayed there a few days. Then ground to Toronto. lol

But really how can they just loose a package? Besides it being stollen I see no other reason to loose it. Like do they have a lost and found holding area? lol wouldn't all those packages have shipment lables on them?

I had this happen a few weeks ago with a golf net. The last update on the package was October 10th and it stayed that way for about 2 weeks. The package got here it just took forever.
