Ya these are sweet irons!  Yet the thing with a muscle back is they all pretty much do the same thing. Caveat being looks and I think that's what draws the mortals into checking them out. Although it sounds oxymoronic, blades are starting to offer a certain mount of forgiveness. I had never heard, pretty forgiving for a blade let alone sayin it till recent times.
Ho away, we need reviews!  Yet that wi t be for awhile...

I agree with you about the modem day blades being more forgiving.  I currently play the Cally Razr X MBs and they are super forgiving for being in the "blade" category.  These cobras have some meat back there but man do these babies look good.  It's definitely going to be a MB shootout next year.  Fun times!!!!!

I wonder if the orange boxes are indicator of how well you hit them. 1 - topped 2- thin 3 - a little low / high on the face 4 - dead center

Wow these are a real traditional type iron look with a modern twist. There really are some great new iron offerings coming our way. I have been hooked with the cally proto's but these are on the list to try. They will have to wait because the new razr forged is released first.

Very sharp!! Really hoping we carry them at GG this year.  At my store at least, we never got the AMP Forged, the Nike VRs Forged(just a demo..very nice by the way), neither Cleveland 588 Iron set...need those it house to sell them, although I did sell one set of the Nike's.

It looks like they did the same thing that Adams did with the MB2s. They lower the cg in the iron making it play like a player cavity back but still looks, feels, and performed like a blade. The smaller companies always make better clubs because it is the only way they make big money.

No idea on release date for right-handed stuff. As far as left handed, here is what I got from Cobra customer service, "Thank you for the inquiry. The Amp Cell Pro Irons will be available as blended set (3-8 CB, 9-PW MB). You will be able to order them through an authorized dealer probably in April 2013."

So I'll be able to order them in April.
Probably.

Awesome...

Man, I'm loving these, too..

I currently play the COBRA Pro CB's, but I would love to have a combo set of CB's & MB's....Cobra has stepped it up !!!

I think these will become "The RF Blades".  A little disappointed, but the new blade is really good looking!

Cobra rep told me that the RF Blades will be a seperate iron set, and you'll be able to order the exact set that Fowler is currently playing.

If Rickie moves over to the Amp Cell Pro, will there still be the RF Blades?

Not a HUGE Cobra fan, but man, those look SLICK. Thought about going to VRs for my next irons (still way down the road), but I might have to wait and see.

Looks great. Not sure how I feel about the large Cobra lettering but it's not a deal breaker.

Hopefully there will be an influx of used Cobra S3 Pro irons on the market when these are finally released.

Cobra irons are always sweet feeling and perform perfectly, I'm guessing these will be no different. My S3 Pros will stay right where they are until the grooves disappear, I know for a fact I would regret selling them...BB

Don't know for sure, but I bet RF will continue to play the irons that he helped design/were custom built for him. Pure conjecture on my part.

Yup, those are some of the best looking blades I have seen in a long time.  I cannot wait to buy a set!
