I have the Leupold GX 3i and bought it after extensive research.
Small, aluminum body, accurate, and made by a company that specializes in rifle scopes for the military. What is not to like?
Leupold is relatively new to golf and has no marketing budget to speak of.....this is why Bushnell and others are more well known.

I too have the Leuopold Gx-3i and I can honestly say that this is the best rangefinder I have ever used. The optics when you look through the eyepiece just make everything bright and vivid so you can see the flag very easily, the red LED target is the easiest target to see for any rangefinder, brighter and better than any bushnell offering. If I play on a course that has prism flags I dont even have to be steady to get in INSTANT reading after hearing a beep and a big box surrounding the flag with a number I can always count on. It does take time to get used to using the smaller unit but if you anchor it towards your nose or on your face it is incredible sturdy. The last thing I like about this is that it is super durable. there have been a couple times it falls out of the golf cart and its like nothing happened to it. Leupold makes an amazing product, it is expensive but like most things; you get what you pay for!
