If this is a repeat topic, sorry. Just had to shout out some props for Leupold. Here's the story:
Had a GX1 for a couple years, very happy, performed perfectly. Due the way I used it, was a little banged up due to shoving it into cart cupholders, etc. Walking a round in a heavy rain a couple weeks ago, it got very wet and would not work the next day. Being a satisfied customer, and not wanting to wait to send it off to Leupold for possible repair, I opted to purchase a GX3i instead of waiting. On a lark I sent the GX1 off to Leupold with a note explaining what happened, the fact I purchased a GX3i, but would like to keep the GX1 as a backup if it could be repaired for less than $100.00. Well, leupold went above and beyond. Recieved a brand new GX1 in the mail today. No Charge! Awesome Leupold, thank you.

That is awesome!  I am in the market for a new rangefinder and have been eyeing the GX3i or the Bushnell PRO 1m.  I have heard negative feedback regarding Bushnell service from a few people with issues and Bushnell not helping out on items beyond the initial warranty.  This post is making lean towards Leupold.  How do you like the GX3i so far?

The GX3i is fantastic, incredible optics, the laser finds and locks the target faster than the GX1 or any competing brand i ever tried. You will not regret buying the 3i

Similar story here. I sent my GX4 (out of warranty) back to Leupold and received a brand new GX4 apprimately 2-3 weeks later. I'll be a loyal Leupold customer for a long time! Great customer service.
