That's a great cart. However, carts like that are not typically allowed on the turf of most good clubs. Its why clubs have weight and tire restrictions. A cart like that would do a lot of damage to turf just driving it over 18.
I would like to have one but would probably have to keep it at home for short trips to the grocery or visits to the neighbors. That looks too heavy and would likely compress the fairways too much.
