Anyone know how long this can take? site said 3-4 weeks, but now i look at my status and it said backordered 3-4 weeks. That will suck If i had to wait 2 months.

Mine took almost exactly 4 weeks.  It is worth the wait.

Just picked up my RAZR fit Extreme last night.  9.5 with Matrix Black Tie x-flex.  Couldn't wait and took it straight to the range to hit it.  All I can say is WOW!!. I love this shaft.  Best and and shaft combo I've ever hit.  Everything I hit was straight as an arrow and a great flight path. Didn't really play with the setting much yet.  I had it set to square and 13 in heal and 1 at toe.  I bought the weight kit and a couple adapters for other shaft I had just in case I didn't like the Black Tie.  But that is looking like a waste of money as well as I was hitting it on the range.  Will do some on course testing in a couple weeks with all the shafts and play with weight settings.

I play 27 holes tomorrow at my home course.  Then heading down to the Smokey Mountains for guys golf trip, we play 36 on Friday and Saturday and 18 on Sunday.  So it should get a good workout over the next few days.  If I hit it as well as I did last night could be a very fun time.

Really looking forward to hearing how your experience with the Extreme went over the weekend as I'm contemplating replacing my Titleist woods with this driver as well as the deep 3 wood and xhot pro hybrids. Seems like everyone is loving their experience with these new Callaway clubs.

Weekend went good.  Hit the driver very straight and kept it in play.  On 2 days we played 36 holes and I did notice when I got tired at the end of the days that with this shaft I still had to go at it fairly hard for it to go anywhere and if I put a lazy swing on it,, it was harder to get up in the air.  I may have to get a Trinity shaft for those days when I play 36 just to save my back.  But after 8 rounds with it I am still quite happy with the purchase.  Now looking into getting the 3 deep

I have the motore speeder 6.2 in this head right now, originally had the kiyoshi black but the speeder is winning me over at the moment.  I used a motore speeder 6.2 in my previous driver and felt like trying something new in the kiyoshi, but turns out the speeder still feels better for me.

what are the biggest differences you notice between the 2? I play the kiyoshi black in my RFX and really like it, never hit the speeder. what kind of tempo do you have?

My tempo can be quick but the transition on my swing is not violent by any means.  SS is about 100 and I have both shafts in 60 gram range stiff.  Also have a Fuel 60 gram stiff as well.  Out of these three shafts the speeder gives me the most consistent dispersion and distance.  In my previous driver before the Razr Xtreme I had the Blur, Tour AD DI, Speeder 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.2 ts, and Rombax X.  Out of all those shafts at the time, my superdeep performed best with the motore speeder 6.2.

Since getting the Razr Xtreme the only three shafts I have at the moment to compare are the fuel, speeder 6.2, and kiyoshi black.  The speeder feels much smoother to me compared to the kiyoshi and hits slightly higher trajectory for me.  Almost makes the driver sound different (hitting the sweet spot more often)  I've only played the course a couple times with the Razr fit Xtreme since I got it, still need to do actual on course testing with each of these shafts.

Have a 9.5 on order with 7m3 black tie in stiff. Ss is 103-109 and the stiff actually did feel great. Can't wait for it to get here. Be nice compliment to the 13 degree 3 deep coming with 73 gram blueboard.

thanks good to hear. When I get the tip put on I am going to get the AD DI 7 tipped an inch as well and see if that will stabilize it. It is just easy for me to lose. I need a tighter dispersion.

That is almost what I am going to try. I have the driver in 10.5 and am looking for a 7m3 shaft to put in instead of the trinity, I am also seriously considering throwing a x flex 73 gram blue board into my 3 deep.  I do think the next club in the bag after the driver and 3 deep will be a hard pick.  I ma leading towards a four wood or the 16 or possibly the 18 degree hybrid.

Yeah JB I will be going from 3deep to my vr pro limited 5 wood 19 degree. 225-240 club. Then 3 hybrid 4-pw. 53 60 tvd's. 5 wood fits better gap for me than a lower lofted 4 wood.

The five wood could also be a good option. I think getting the gaps in the top end of the bag is just as important as the wedges. The more closer you are to your lay up and approach number the less difficult the wedge selection becomes.

Okay, I might be in line for my first Callaway club ever.

6 hcp.  Currently hitting Ping i15 9.5 degree with the UST Axivcore Tour Stiff.  Have hit multiple drivers on the launch monitor and all spin too much, until I hit the RFE yesterday.  I hit it next to the Cobra Amp Pro, 910D3, i20, and my i15.  Spin numbers weren't even close.  We're talking 1000 rpm less with the RFE.

So...I was hitting the 8.5 with the 7M3 with ss at about 103-105.  Launch angle averaging about 10-12, spin about 2500-2800.  The best numbers I've ever gotten out of a driver.  My debate, though, is to do this combo or step to a 9.5 and tip the shaft to 45, thereby giving maybe a little better control.  Will that combo result in too much spin, though? ...

Opinions?  Advice?  Thanks...

Anyone else having issues with the plastic shaft tip and the ferrule on their RFX? They both seem to be made of VERY cheap and VERY brittle plastic. My tip is falling to pieces, and half of the ferrule is currently on the other side of the country due to it shattering a couple of weeks ago.

I've canceled my order and got a 8.5 udesign head (white head black crown) brand new on ebay and a Motore speeder tour spec 7.2x shaft here on BST and saved almost $400 bucks. Driver plays 44.5".

I lucked out on that one. Will post pictures up soon.

Go 9.5..this head can launch a touch lower...I hit it lower than most 9.5 heads I have owned.  LOVE IT!

The 9.5 head would be the best one Mikdes26.

Anyone know much about the shaft adapters for this driver? My new shaft came in with the piece at the very end of the adapter broken off. One of the 2 tabs on the sides of the part was missing. The end piece slid off the end of the adapter that's on the end of the shaft. I stuck it back on, put the head on it and tightened it up. Is it ok for this part to be loose like that? I assume it is because it gets compressed between the driver head and the rest of the adapter but I want to make sure.

Got mine on range and best driver I've had. Matrix 7m3 stiff and 9.5 head. Very piercing long flight. Gets down range very fast!

For those who went with the Black Tie 6M3 or 7m3, how has it worked for you? I may go in a 10.5 head with this shaft as the Trinity was too loose feeling.
