I've had them before, will have them again.  Such is the nature of golf.  Currently in the midst of a 3 week bumpy stretch during which we have had beautiful fall weather and the quality of my play has not let me enjoy it to the fullest extent.  Not looking for answers, just saying that I feel for everybody that goes through them.  It's not the end of the world, but it feels like it for about 4 hours on the weekends.

everyone goes through it man. my best advice is to mix it up, do something different, and keep having fun as best as you can.

Spend four hours chipping and putting -  if I hit a stretch of poor / lifeless form, skipping a normal round for a decent short game session works wonders

I think I spent 3/4 of this year in a slump.  Then when I finally would piece together a decent score, it felt like I had to labor through it and rely on something (hot putter, great chipping, miraculous iron saves, etc).  It was a frustrating year for this guy...

I attribute it to my increasingly less time to practice.

Mark Grace (former MLB'er) knows how to deal with them...the slumpbuster.
