Golf coach from Oakville, Ontario in Canada made a series of golf instruction videos, not your typical instructional though. Interesting to see.

He also works with alot of competitive juniors and NCAA players in the area.

Thoughts?

Liked it alot. Although, presented in a light hearted way it carries some weight in its message.

I also enjoyed his videos. I've watched some more of the same series of videos. Pretty funny with some great ideas for improvement as well.

Not to stereotype many here in GolfWRX world, but I thought this video is quite appropriate for many!

Including myself at times!

Absatively?  Is that some type of "ab/crunch" exercise?

Canadians are on to something. Shawn Clement has been preaching this very same concept for long time.

Yup, was going to say the exact same thing.  Swing thought addiction is something Clement teaches away from in his videos.  Focusing on natural rhythm and the target are much much more important.

I love this stuff. Makes me less position-focused and gets me thinking more about what I'm out there for....to play golf and have fun!!! Good work, Conner!
