Friend of mine gave me a set of MP33s he had that were in like new condition a couple of weeks ago.  I have the 69s but these 33s play better for me and feel awesome. I will probably alternate between the two sets but I am loving the 33s.

Want to make an easy $200? ; )  My 33's are on life support- 6i, 8i, PW grooves are no bueno.

I  may be one of the last golfers on the planet who still plays with MS-8's from time to time.

I'll be starting the season with my MP Grads.  A very sweet set of irons.

The older models were so good. I rotate between TN-87, MP-14, MP-33, and my club guy is building a set of MP-29's. Can't wait to hit 'em!

Not by design but I now have 3 sets of MP-32's.
Last week I had to buy a whole set just to get the 2 iron they would not sell separately.
Playing I alternate, just can't decide, between the MP-32, Epon AF-Tour and Wilson Staff FG-59.
All great clubs.

I think the older mizuno irons were better. Tighter tolerances, and better overall quality. Correct me if I'm wrong, but as of late I'm hearing a lot about mizzy outsourcing to China for the irons finishing. Forged in Japan and finished in China. The mp 14 and mp 33 are still stealing the spotlight from the current line. My vote is for old school mizuno, can't go wrong with a classic!

Still play my MP33's to this day. Probably 1 or 2 more seasons and I'll send them off to get refinished.

I don't think I'll ever switch.

Still playing my Pro IIs. Thinking about giving them the old heave ho this summer for either the Cally Razr X Musclebacks or some VR Pros.

MP-32's... 2 to the wedge...love em. I am thinking of switching to the Fli-Hi's for the 2 and 3 iron.

I still have a set of mp-37 Comp-ez, Mp-62 owned many others, always have a set around. I have had these for several years. Haven't really played the 62 but a time or two, as I was in love with some Tm 300 forged Japanese forged last season. Then I Ho some Cobra S3 combos. Isn't looking good next season.

I love my MP-37s. Before these I had a set of MP-33s that were great as well. I've had my 37s now for about 10 years or so and don't think I would trade them anytime soon...even for the 69s. I have nice sweet spots worn out on my wedge through 7 iron from beating balls over the years and the grooves are still just fine and there's only a little bit of browning on my 9 iron.

The blue paint in the Mizuno logo is starting to come off on some of them; I wish I could find the same paint so I could fill them in...

Mizuno just makes good quality irons IMO!

I'm still playing a set of MP-32's.  A buddy of mine is still playing a set of old T-Zoids

In 1997 I bought a new set of T-Zoid Pros. Played those until I bought a used set of MP30's in 2005. Played those until last year I bought a 59/69 combo set. I can't really see using anything else, I just like them a lot.

I have the MP-33, I am on my second set. In college I had a set with S300s that I wore out. The faces browned and eventually the grooves got pounded pretty hard in the 7-PW. So, I got another set this time in X100. When the faces wear out I will try and find another set, or just have mine refinished. They are great!

I refinished mine to be satin this time around, you can follow my thread here:

Finished the season with my MS-11s in the bag.  Around 1991 vintage, per the Maltby Club ID Guide.

I go back and forth between these and assorted Rams, because the Mizunos have always hit the ball a bit too high for me, over the years.  I couldn't play the MP-33s, and the 32s would have been worse...

IMO the 32 is easier to hit than the 33. The 32 feels larger and more forgiving on off-center strikes.

I would guess it's because they have a lower CG.

I'm repeating myself, but the 32s aren't playable for me.  Higher than what I'm already hitting is something I don't need.  LOL
