There are lots of Jason Smith reports. I could ban entire states.  I need more proof like paypal address, same shipping addresses, etc.  IP addresses don't match so its either a different person or he's using another provider.

I'm definitely no IT expert, but don't most ISPs use dynamic IP addresses these days? All you have to do is unplug/reset your modem (or maybe be inactive for awhile?) and you've got a new IP address?

I've done all I can guys and given all the information I know. Hopefully some one that reads this can crack this and give the concreet proof we need. I do understand where GXGOLFER is coming from. But I am also will to put my name on it that he is who we think he is. So please guys, just be aware.

I have no problem taking corrective action, I do have problems falsely accusing people without 100% proof or wrong doing.

Just have Thughunter run the fingerprints visible in ads under both names. I'm just glad I didn't buy those two SFTP 2.0 heads.

I will say in the comparison picture you guys are posting, one has a door the other a cabinet on the right side.

C'mon man.  I know there is a delicate balance, but surely you can freeze an account until you get to the bottom of it, no?   You might piss off a person or two, but in the grand scheme of things, its a small price to pay.  Not to mention that this one seems pretty clear cut.

He used a different room for his new ad.  It seems like P4P could clear this up real fast before his name is associated with JR?  If I was P4P I'd easily send a mod a copy of my latest shipping invoice showing a different address to clear this up fast.  Maybe a mod could take that angle?

I had dealt with Jesusrocks on a deal before he was banned.  The last name on the paypal address for palmer04palmer is the same of Jesusrocks.  I would definitely avoid.  I'm waiting to hear back from a seller to palmer04palmer to confirm an address just to have every thread of evidence.  Hopefully this can be wrapped up very soon.

Pzero has the most convincing pics. Line for line on the tile, edges of the door as well as the oven in both the wrx pic and eBay pic. There's the winner. I'm lucky I didn't want anything from him. If someone can provide proof of name etc it would seal the deal. Then again he "will be back".
