Probably the best you will find available to the public is legacy golf club. You will want to go after 2pm this time of year or it will cost you $25 for an "all day pass".

I would spend my practice time at river strand. great short game area, only issue with the facility is that its a water range, but its always in fantastic shape.

Stoneybrook near Riverstrand also has a nice practice facility

Do you have any idea if the IMG academy's practice facility is open to the public? I know the course is.
