Had a chance to see Tiger in the flesh for the first time when he competed in the CIMB Classic 2012, Brought along my trustee Canon camcorder and made good use of it every chance I got. Followed Tiger for 9 holes until the heat and humidity got too much for me.

Enjoy.

Warming up at the range.

And finally, taking out the driver.

Bodyguard had to clear a path for him to cross to the chipping green.

Minutes before tee off, getting a few chips in.

Finally, tee off. A large crowd was already waiting. Apologies for my shaky handheld camcorder work; had just finished running ahead of the crowd.

Hole 2, Tiger sticking it pretty close.

Hole 3, par 5, Tiger's 2nd shot missed the green to the left fringe. Here's Tiger chipping his 3rd shot at the pin.

Hole 4, a camera just next to me clacked loudly as as Tiger took a backswing. So, it would look like he glared straight at me from this angle. Tiger re-loads and fires without further incident.

The only way to get a good spot to view Tiger right from behind the tee is - skip one hole to hole 6 and wait before the surging crowd arrives. Finally managed to get a decent DTL view.

The languid, rhythmic swing of Bill Haas.

Charlie Wi. Looks like there are no unnecessary moving parts, hence highly repeatable.

nice video's and congrats on finally seeing tiger in person it's an awesome experience to watch arguably the greatest golfer to ever exist.  The DTL video was great and his swing looks immaculate right there, better then I've ever seen in fact.  2013 Season should be interesting.

Luck Stevie wasn't his caddie on that tee shot. Its great seeing pros in person. I got the chance to sit on 18 green at the PGA championship and seeing everybody was amazing.

Thanks for all the appreciative comments gentlemen.

Spurred on, here's more.

With the burly bodyguard glaring at the crowd after an initial camera disturbance, absolutely no chance to sneak in a camera for a DTL view on this tee shot. Luckily, I was more than 200 yards away, camcorder on a tripod, getting a face on view instead. Thanks to Canon's zoom feature.
