I'm having some putting issues and was wondering if anyone out there might have any suggestions. I'm also looking at picking up a PING Nome. I'm taking the putter back too far inside and the club face is shut. As a result I'm missing putts left. Which form of toe hang let's the putter face rotate open easier on the backswing?
Can you describe your set up? Can you describe your stroke and how you initiate it?
I follow the Mike Shannon school of thought - and 1) I set up with precise and optimal ball position; 2) pulling the upper arms into my sides as an "anchor"; and3) initiating the stroke with the shoulders....rotating around a fixed spine. It is easy to putt with anything.
Is your method similar? or different?

none will "help" you open and close the face. it's the information they provide to you through sensory response that gives you feedback to open or close the face. that's why putters with toe flow are best for people who use an arced stroke--it lets them feel where the face is. see some of the discussion here: http://www.golfwrx.c...s-and-toe-hang/
