I have the Epic FW in my 3w (TEE CB1).  It launches HIGH and LONG but seems to lack feel for me.  I am actually in search of a new FW wood to replace it, mainly because i like to tinker.  If you are interested in a Grafalloy Epic FW pull let me know, plays 43" in my TEE.

The Epic is a super accurate fw shaft. I have both the regular Epic and Tour 90 version. It isn't necessarily "long," but I have never hit a shot with one that was noticeably awful. Very consistent, very straight.

If you want a cheap experiment, try the Arthur Excaliber fw shaft.

I had the Epic in my 3 wood for a few months- I really liked it except the guys who did the reshaft for me could never get it right. I'd hit it 3 or 4 times and the head would go flying off the shaft. They tried glass beads, sanding, etc and it kept happening, so I gave up on it.

Personally I've always hated the ProForce. My LM numbers with it are always good, but I think it has no feel. Totally subjective, but my 2 cents.
