I think big things are in the future for Adams, now that it has the TM marketing $$ and brains behind them... like it or not, TM has been very succesful in the marketing department.
And I think there are going to be alot of loyal TM customers looking into Adams now, which will help...

How is adams a different market than Taylormade? Im confused because I thought they both sold golf clubs?
Because Mark King has said that he would not do that! The company has a defined Niche' Market on top of Hybrids... so they will continue to use that! many people, myself included like the seperation, while the R&D Dpts can share technology, I like the adams line in Hybrids and Irons and TMAG fairway woods and Driver...

It's not even close to twice the expenses. They eliminate the redundant and expensive departments. Raw material prices drop drastically, by combining with the TM juggernaut.
Sales and marketing dept. was the problem at Adams. No coincidence that the new president of Adams was the vp of sales for TM.
The lack of forged clubs in the TM line, and forged clubs at every level in the Adams line point to the future for Adams. They are aiming the brand at better players.
Adams isn't obsolete in 5 years, they're Mizuno with woods.
