So im considering going to the 913 Fairway and Hybrids but has anyone compared them against
the 910 Fairway and Hybrids?  Is it just the same product with new shafts?

I know these will not come out till 2013...

i was also wondering the same. All i heard is that the 910 shafts/adapters will fit into the 913 drivers but they will not in the fairway and hybrids. So does that mean the design is more of an upgrade in the fw/hybrids? Anybody wanna shed some light?

The hosel is much shorter than the 910s. That's why they aren't comparable

How does a shorter hosel affect club performance?  Thanks

Shorter hosel means less weight in the neck which means that weight can go other places.

I wonder if the longer hosel of the 910 is easier to "work"? Think about the Ping i20 hybrid. It's designed to be able to "work the ball" and that's done with a longer hosel with weight in that area to promote working the face through impact???

I hit a 913fd vs my current 910fd and found it more forgiving and a tad hotter off the face.  It also looks nicer to my eye as well.   I actually dropped down to 13.5 model in the 913 with a higher launching shaft.  Love titleist but never really got on with their fairways.  The 910fd is probably my least favorite club in the bag and I often considered dropping it for another manufacturers.  With the 913fd this is not gong to be a problem

As for the 913, hybrids - not really any improvement that I could notice.  In fact I think the stock shaft they use (S+ 92 ?) felt weaker and for me not as good as the stock MFT Ahina 90 in my 910h.

what are the main differences between the hybrids? is it true they are offering 2 types?

The new F-d is hot... honestly it might be RBZ hot.  I got a 13.5 in my bag right now.  I'll get a review up when I get some time to compare it on TrackMan and on course.  Hopefully I make it to the PGA show this year so its in decent weather.

Hybrids are the same! I dont like the 910/913 hybrids AT ALL, terrible looking thing.

I was also wondering the same thing. I was not impressed with the 910fd. It sounds like the 913 is hotter off the face. Not sure if it is worth buying, or testing the other 2013 models. Curious about the new callaway fairway, and the Nike covert.

Ya, can't wait to hear JW's review of the 913 Fd.  I love my 910 Fd.  I originally had a 13.5 but I had issues getting the ball properly air bourne off the deck ( maybe it was the VC 8.2TS ).  Moved to a 15* and 'cha-ching', bombs off the tee and deck...

I believe the 913 fairway\hybrids are released early Feb.  ( unless your JW ) .  ya, I'm jealous

vix... hope you enjoy my pics... I took them for you.  I am going to try to get some numbers tomorrow but the weather here is poor.  The 913 looks much better from the top, thinner hosel which makes the shape look better IMO.  I've only whacked it off a peg but its hot and just quick numbers on the Foresight the ball speeds are better.  Tomorrow I should be able to hit it on TrackMan with some premium balls.  Mine is 42.5" with DI-8...

Hows the sound compare to the old fb?  hopefully the sound has been changed away from the tinny sound.  FD was a great club just hated the sound
