Are either the white/black ndmc or the new black/black ndmc going to be offered in midsize?  I don't understand why they wouldn't offer at least the whiteouts in midsize by now.

Will the new Black/Black NDMC weigh 46 grams like the old ones or 50 grams like the new whiteouts?

These Niions on the golf pride website have a different design pattern than the ones that were on the international market this past summer. Are they any different besides the pattern? I like the more plain look of the international ones that were available this summer.

Hi Jason. Yes, the grips you have in your first picture were launched in Asia and Europe earlier this year. Those have the full-body fluorescent material presentation with contrasting end cap. The 2013 release is the same grip with paint accents applied to certain areas to highlight specific texture patterns that deliver key performance characteristics.

And junky, to answer your question, the Black/Black NDMC is indeed 46.5 grams.

Thanks guys. Have a terrific weekend. Bruce

@BruceMiller

Thanks for the info! I've been a NDMC guy for a long long time, but have recently switched to the VDR. Glad to hear it will still be in line. I'm always looking to experiement though and was hoping for some Niions.

I really appreciate you getting back to us here. Golf Pride rocks!

Any chance of bringing back the Pro Score Cord? Or a putter grip with a firm feel and similar shape?

Loved that grip and nothing has felt right on the last few GP putter grips I have tried (too soft, weird shape, etc.). Stuck with a built up Ping PP58 for now.

Hi Guys. I will try to answer your questions below. The new Black/Black NDMC will be in 60R for standard size and midsize. Multi-colored Z-Grips is a good idea. You'll get a taste of that with the Z-Grip Patriot. Pro Score Cord? You are going back a bit with that one Bunker. No plans to re-release that, but keep the suggestions coming.

I've read this forum since it formed and always take note of all Golf Pride comments (good and bad). A quick background on myself. I have been with Golf Pride approaching 10 years. I manage our Aftermarket product line for the Americas. This is product that will be launched globally. We'll have specialized product in regions outside the USA which you guys have been adept at finding on the internet, lol. You guys are golf grip super-sleuths.

So if you have any questions, feel free to ask. I will get back to you as quickly as I can on these threads. Apologize for any delays. Take it easy and THANK YOU for supporting Golf Pride.

Bruce

Bruce -- I am a long-time user of NDMC's, and was skeptical at first of the whiteouts when they came out earlier this year; however, after more than 150 rounds with them this season, I am VERY impressed; it seems that the lower rubber portion clearly lasts much longer than before, whereas the previous NDMC versions would get slick on that lower portion very fast. Were there improvements done on that lower portion for the whiteouts? As a suggestion, I would like to see more colors in the whiteouts (like the purple, orange, green, etc.). Thanks for sharing your input on this board!

I need something ultra cordy that will rip my hands off.

Or something really sticky and made of some kind of animal flesh.

Hi Guys. I'll hit these in order received.

FlaWyo: Whiteouts will not be available in Midsize.

Highdraw: Actually, the rubber compound in the lower section of the original New Decade MultiCompounds and the Whiteouts is the same. Exactly the same. Customers have commented they look like a different shade of red or blue. That is simply the white paint contrast versus the black paint contrast. Plays tricks with your eyes a bit. But no difference. We always work to improve the performance of the materials. But bottom line is no difference in the original MultiCompound vs the new Whiteout. And that goes for the corded section as well.

Tembolo: I suppose the Z-Grip Cord is the product you require. Very firm material, rougher cord, with shot feedback better players prefer.

Big Ben: Yes, I can do that. Stay tuned.

Take it easy guys.

Bruce

Isn't the Multicompound Original Cord and the Whitout BCT Cord?

Speeder: Both the Original and Whiteout utilize BCT Cord.

Wow! Thanks! Didn't realize that. The original feels much harsher and firmer. I will try it out again.

Last question. What makes the Whiteout weigh 3 grams more than the original?

What's the idea behind the original weighing only 46.5 grams.

Thanks Bruce!

Speeder: the weight increase is a result of certain elements that must be added to the compound to make it white. That element is by its nature heavier.
