I bought these AP2's off ebay and now I'm worried they may be genuine.

I totally understand, and I know how you feel.   Sure, go right ahead and re-start that Ad, bump it to the top ahead of everyone else, they don't mind.   The other members / sellers won't mind at all if you re-list those items that the guy "backed out" on.  Our members are good like that, and they tell me all the time what a good job that we're doing with the B/S/T forum...

I know the limit is 10 items for sale but since you asked me real nice, go ahead and list those new uncut shafts, and those 3 dozen individual grips that you have up for sale.  Nice pants and shirts too that you have in your other Ad.  The guys don't mind that you have two or three, and whereas they're only allowed one but they won't mind.

So that seller didn't send you your irons?   You say you paid him $750 money order, and you know he received it?   No problem, just ask our owners, and they will gladly reimburse you for your loss...

And I agree, since you are new to the site, and don't know your way around?  Go ahead, and trust whoever wants to sell you something via PM.  Even though he isn't a "Sponsor" here, and has no reputation other than another members said he was a ++++Seller, go right ahead and send your clubs to him, he'll fix you right up...

I'm going to take a lesson instead of ask which driver head will fix the slice I've had for 20 years.


My group was waiting on the tee box for the green to clear on a short par 4 so I decided to go first and hit driver, I only hit it 230 so there is no way I could reach, I hit it 215.

- I carry my Driver 180yds and I'm more than happy with that.

- I don't want a Scotty, I find them overpriced and I'll stick to my £7 Dunlop TP thanks.

- I'm much more satisfied with budget balls than Pro V1's

- I just dropped £500 on a new set of clubs and didn't get on with them immediately so I'll persevere with them for a few months, or perhaps the season, before buying a different set.

- I'm completely happy with the progress I'm making as a golfer.

- thank you for your insightful, if somewhat blunt, feedback; I'll take it on board and see if I can incorporate some of your suggestions into my game.

I'm always entertained by the guy in our group who gets mad and throw his clubs.  Man, that sure breaks the ice, and helps to relax me, and the rest of the guys in our group.  He is one game saver.  When you have that even par round going, and he starts knocking his putts over the green and throwing his putter like a helicopter, boy does that relax and encourage our group to play better,  

He is so thoughtful of the others in our group..
