You can increase your strength, flexability, and balance by following the workout routine in this book:

I have witnessed a player follow the routine for 5 months ( Nov. thru Mar.) and every aspect of his game improved. Golf specific exercises well worth your time and effort.

Flexibility, core strength, and something to keep your endurance up. Sounds like you're on track to find what you need. Just want to add that even if you don't have actual team workouts, it can be nice to try and get something fun/informal together with the other guys. We'd play racquetball/shoot hoops or something a few days a week.
