Excellent first handmade - next time I'd thicken the neck a little. Seems to look a bit spindly at the moment. You could also do a shaped round flow neck - that would fit this head a bit more I think.

Number 2 will have round flowneck. I have already acquired some 10mm carbon steel rod for that!

This is the same adapter I modified (as it was a little crude) and ended up using. 0.370 at both ends. I bought mine from diamondgolf in the UK.

By all accounts that is what these adapters are for, they only convert 90 degree hosel bores though. They are a little crude and poorly finished to pop into a nicely milled head though.
