Are you interested in grabbing a buudy and playing some golf at the Orchards?  I have a season pass and my buddy is a starter there, so we can get you out there for $30.  The two of us play at a 5 handicap, so you'll probably have to give us strokes, but I would love to see you play.  I played 4 years of Division I college golf and I have never seen a 58.  If your interested, shoot me a PM.

What school did you play for? I never played D1- I played junior college and had a partial scholarship offer from two D2 schools but I was dumb and didn't take them in hopes of getting a D1 offer :-(

58 at The Orchards-- yea right haha. That would be a ridiculous score out there. You played D1 for 4 years and you're a 5? Do you try and qualify  the Mi or U.S amateur?

I played for South Alabama.   I graduated college in 2000 and I don't play a ton of golf anymore, so yes, I am a 5.  I haven't played in a tournament since 2003, but I do like to get a match when I have time.  I wasn't insinuating that you would shoot 58 at The Orchards, but I have never played with anyone that shot under 62 (anywhere), so it would be fun to watch you tear up a course.  Like I said, if you're interested in playing, shoot me a PM and I will set something up.

For some reason the Orchards has my number... The first time I ever played it i shot 72. I've played it maybe a handful of times since and shot between 74-77. I haven't taken advantage of the easy holes when I should out there. Are you saying we should play this year before the seasons over?

Wednesday and Thursday are supposed to be great weather.  If you would like to play, shoot me a PM, so we can iron out the details.  If not, take care and look into taking golf to the next level.  Like I said, I know a ton of GREAT golfers and I have never seen a 58, so you definitely have a talent.

Just kidding of course, heck of a round and as they say, it may be an easy course but they don't give you any free shots, you got to hit them all.

Yes my all time low-- my best on a par 72 is 64. I can't do it consistently enough to make a career out of it... Yet

Had my friend with me fresh out of the ARMY that last round so i was able to have a couple videos taken. This is a video from my most recent round. Going balls to the wall trying to see if I could fly a 366 yard par 4... I came up 23 yards short of the center of the green, must have been the cool weather haha.  but I made an easy birdie :-)
Love the sound the 20xi-x makes off the driver I have no idea why people hate it so much.

Oh and the Red tee marker is because we played the Red course...

My question is if you drive it 340+, shoot below 65 (and 60 as well) why are you only a +1.5?

Here is another from the same day: normal driver swing on a long par 4 where if you miss the fairway at all, you have to miss it by 50 yards to have a shot because it is tree lined all the way down both sides as you can see. This was probably as straight as I will ever hit a golf ball.

I can shoot anywhere from low 60's to high 70's depending on the type of day I am having. I have not found a way to put every aspect of game together all at once consistently yet. Usually I will either hit the ball extremely well and putt like garbage or putt lights out and take a couple penalty strokes because I hit the ball terrible. The days that my game is firing on all cylinders, my scores are wonderful... The other days, I pray my short game can save me

How can playing there not get incredibly boring for you? I saw where you said it's super convenient and historically your home course, but surely convenience only goes so far?
Are there any holes you don't have a flip wedge or a putter into?
I'd love to have your swing - instead of my geriatricish 3/4 one - and take on some tough courses!

It does get boring- i only play it maybe 5 times per year now considering they are way overpriced and a 6 hour round due to elderly leagues
