A lot of egos that need a reality check. I love how they all think they belong on the PGA.

Agreed, but I don't wish an injury on him.  Everyone has to play the hand they are dealt in life.  That guy needs to grow up and be thankful for what he has.  Don't play the pity card about playing golf.  Ship him to a third world country and then he'll really see what's not fair in life.

I'm sure it's the same as the rest. A bunch of cocky kids who are only 1/2 as good as they wish. I won't be watching.

Every season it's the same story. A bunch of cocky kids who all have an excuse why they are not at the big dance. There's only one reason why they are not on the PGA Tour. They simply are not good enough, period.

I like the cast. They have a few guys who have had a sniff at web.com golf. Heck 2 guys played in the US open. I will be watching the first few show and see if I like it.

James Lepp can play.  He's won on the Canadian Tour, he's also won an NCAA D1 individual championship.  There have been and are weak players on the BB, but there has been plenty of talent over the years as well...Tommy Gainey, Matt Every, James Nitties, Tony Finau, Kristy McPherson, etc, etc...and plenty more that can certainly play but haven't earned status on a major tour.

I guess I have to watch now because last season my wife said, "So do you watch this for the golf or for. . . "  Me not letting her finish the sentence, "Oh I watch the all guy seasons too, if that's where you are going."

I guess the actual golf might be compelling too.

You guys are pretty rough on players that you haven't seen play!  Very judgemental from your lounge chair in front of the TV. Tommy 2 Gloves didn't impress many when he was on the show, but found his way to the tour.

How many of you would like to be on the show to have that one-in-a-million shot?  A number of these
guys played on class 1 college teams and have some game.  

My game sucks and I'm older than dirt but I would volunteer to be comedy relief for the show.  Then you nay sayers would really have something to talk about.  I have no shame.

I'll watch too but I gota say my intrest is down about 75% from last season. Now its just golf.

If you got turned down by 3 D1 teams it's not because you were hard done by, it's because you weren't good enough.

Matt every
Several of the girls have had LPGA status
A few of the seniors from the trump LA one had played on tour in the past.
Arod had NW status after the show, and a PGA tour card before it
Brian kontak had NW status before he was on
Andy Walker had NW status before he was on
Kent Eger has had conditional NW status

So, while most fit the definition that you laid out, probably 30 or so people had either been on a major tour before the show or have played somewhere significant after it.

I wish golf channel would do a mini-tour called the big break tour, film the season, and then make a show out if it.  Then the top 5 get web.com status or something.

Growing tired of Big Break with all the "Pros" who couldn't earn their way to the show through quality of play.

I do the like Babe version of BB much better, the guys are like watching a mini-tour event, yawn.

It's got golf....and there's way more opportunities for drama and other such BS, which is all GC is going for anyway.....too bad it'll never happen....GC isn't big on good idea.

Oh well....I'll watch the show anyway....because i use my time wisely.

I actually played some Junior golf against him in a small local junior tour, where you could shoot 74 and win a tournament. It was kinda the Im not good enough for or cant affor the AJGA tour lol.

But for that reason alone i will squeeze for him
