My first post here, and I just got back from Pebble Beach, so I thought it was time for a WITB.

First off the bag: Ping Hoofer Camo. This bags just really cool.

The Driver: 910 D3 7.5 (B1) with Fubuki Tour 73X @ 44"

The 3wd: Taylormade Burner Bubble (1995). Nothing really to say about this. It seems to fit me perfectly.

The Irons: 710 CB 2 iron 19 degree with X-100... 710 MB 3-9 irons (22,25,29,33,37,41,45 degrees) 1 flat with X-100's

The Wedges: Vokey SM4 48.10 Raw (Stock lie, 1 weak) with KBS Tour X... Vokey TVD Raw 54 and 60 (Stock loft and lie) with KBS Tour X.

Putter: Nike Method 001 @ 35" with Pingman Blackout grip. I built it like Tiger's but I really do love this club.

Haha it actually is older than me. Fun story I've been playing it since I was 6 and I've never gamed a different 3 wood.

Back in the day, when you could purchase woods with steel shafts, that burner head paired with the rifle shaft was a low spinning beast.

The burner head really is great. The sound this club makes is unlike anything out today, the solid crack feels perfect. I can only imagine it with a steel shaft, but it surely would be a great club.

That's a sweet bag! I can't believe you hit a 7.5, that is crazy! What's your swing speed?

It's kind of ridiculous and I get a lot of, "You're an idiot, why do you hit that?" by people I play with, but I was fitted for it by the Tour Van guys. I'd say im a 113-115 guy.

Good bag kid! I remember the days (before you were born) when I could hit a less than 9* driver and actually get it in the air, lol.

That's actually exactly what I was thinking, selling the D3 and getting a VR Pro LE 8.5/9.5 with a black tie.

Why do you have a 7.5 lofted driver but the lofts for your irons are weak, or are they just really strong???

Hey man sweet bag. Fairway metals are alot like putters to me in that once you find something that suits your eye and feels good, you should stick with it. I game an old school Adams GT and have a buddy with Callaway Steelhead 3 and 5 (steel shafts by the way).If it works it works.

Great bag kid. Some free advice...never take for granted getting to play the courses you do, especially Pebble. Us older guys would sell a kidney to have that opportunity. Go get em
