While buying some clubs at a pawn shop, I asked if he would throw in a wrapped assortment of irons leaning against the wall. This was in the assortment. It has not been re-finished, the grip is absolutely perfect. Probably not worth much, but a really nice example. I might play with it one day.

Sorry to be a jerk but Northwestern made Kmart quality clubs.  Nothing wrong with that per say, just that the club will never hold any value.

Not a jerk at all, I know it is not worth anything. You are probably too young to remember when a putter like this was the cat's meow, if you couldn't afford $25 for a real putter. I remember when a Scottsdale Ping was just the new putter to have. Just to have something this old, in pristine condition, brings back memories.  Thanks for the kind words. I have 0 dollars in it, so I have made a profit

I'm 34, and my very first good set was matched JC Sneads.  1/3/5 woods, all the same, and 3-p, with the green grips.

I was 12 and bought'em with my caddy money, and cleaned them jokers religiously.

Good times.
