I don't know that I'm a fan. But, obviously I'd have to see it person to pass judgement.

Driver looked good. I just rebuilt two Cobra L5Vs that I'll game until the new Cobra Cell driver comes out. :)

I'm sure it will be a trash shaft but that's ok because I plan on putting a aftermarket in this anyways.

hope not...  about that, even if it's not everyone that agreed on that, i'm sure that RIP cobra shaft, a real trash shaft, was the biggest reason of the slump of the AMP line regarding "off the rack" sales.

when you start to rely on aftermarket shaft to make volume...  it's a real suicide marketing strategy.  aftermarket shafts are for real fan who look over the trash standard shaft...  not average joe shopping at dick's, golf Galexy or other golftown/ golfsmith of this world..  and i'm sure that a lot of average joe right now around the world still wondering why they can't hit that AMP driver, FW or Hybrid as good as their old club..  don't figure it's the trash shaft but they will certainly look elsewhere than cobra for next purchase because cobra clubs now belong in the category of the crappy clubs in the market...

Can anyone comment on the two white pieces on the top of the driver?  Is it just cosmetic?

I know the whole argument, butttt haha the original stiff shaft fit my swing really really well.  I mean some other shafts came close but the numbers I was putting up with the spins rates were just too good to slap on another 200 dollar shaft.  Should be interesting what they come out this year considering the criticism of last years model.  Although I don't have any qualms about it.

I will try the fujikura fuel shaft that will be offered in the amp cell.  I am not expecting to much from it based on previous experience.

I hope the the Amp Cell Pro looks better than them both.  Been wanting to make the move to Cobra for awhile now.  I just hope they start putting out more players style equipment across the line.

somewhere, as it's just opinion and oviously not a live or die question, i'm really happy for you if the stock shaft suit you well...  Feel almost jaleous of you because it's way simpler that way!

i have to be honest here...I had ZERO interest in Cobra's 2013 lineup, until I saw this!  Now if they have a set of irons that's as good as the S3 Pro, we'll be in business!

Looks a bit on the goofey side of things to me. I believe this is the way Cobra is headed, though, more flash than production.

No need to put a aftermarket in the tour version....Mitsu Kuro Kage going in as the stock tour shaft....Also has a fade bias setting where the reg version has a draw setting...
