+1.  He should be banned.

And I learned something important today.  Because I chose to pay for a WRX membership, my opinions are more valid and important than anyone who has not.  The same way that the opinions of people that pay to attend a sporting event are MUCH more valid and on point than anyone watching from home or media members who attended for free.  (Man, the sarcasm is thick in here today)

You are NOT accepting responsibility and not offering any evidence to suggest that all to contradict any of the claims being made against you.  If you want to clear you name, and I do think that would be possible, but just barely, provide the details, and let us see what really happened.
