Hope he gets back to where he was.  Irons do look (somewhat) similar to the Titleist DCI's he used to play on his way to the top.  962'S?

Under the headcovers are a Titleist 913D3 with a Diamana 'ahina or a prototype one, and a Bridgestone J38 3 wood.

Those irons look similar to ones I have seen from Traditional Golf.

They should say "Notorious B.I.G."

strange.  I checked out B.I.G but they just seemed to be doing custom fitting like everyone else on the planet, and their designs too were nothing special.  Love to see those utilities getting more play on tour, I can't wait for one

Has anyone even hit these? A lot of bashing going on with what appears to be zero experience. I hit a 5 iron of these cavities that a pro had with aluminum ZERO torque 7.0 flex rifle shafts that he said B.I.G. had engineered and they were fantastic. The 7.0 was a bit stiff and the zero torque was leading to shots to the right but they felt incredible. He said the heads were forged by Miura, but I certainly cannot verify that. I play Miura '57 blades and the B.I.G. clubs felt just as good, honestly. Bash away.

I think Duval likes to give the smaller companies some street cred by putting their stuff in play.  I dig that.

A desperate move by a desperate man. He's not getting paid to play anything right now so if some German component company offers him a few Euros to play their stuff might as go for it. He parts ways with Scratch who atleast is a known company in the states and decides to go with notorious B.I.G? What happened to Perky Jerky, he was doing well there for a while keeping up with John Daly for the most obscure staff bag.

After David's meltdown he was just never the same.  I feel for the guy.  On the other hand Big John is making a comeback.

I do see my sig for specs.

These irons are real nice today was my second round with them (I golf 8 times per month) and had one of my best rounds @ 78 which I normally shoot high 80's.

" aluminum ZERO torque" almost zero the depresion is super tight.

The best part for me was more hit fairways and less wayward shots.

The shaft in the woods are awesome, I normally play a 5.0 shaft in the driver with B.I.G I am playing a 6.7

I will post some photos

Obviously the irons are different, but if the poster that said he has a Titleist driver in the bag then that has been changed since the RTO two weeks ago as well.  He played a Taylormade driver when I followed him.   And for all the guys calling him washed up, he had one of the most beautiful ball flights I have ever seen. Problem was if he aimed left he hit it left, aim right hit it right.  And couldn't make a putt to save his life.  Amazing how such a tiny difference can be the difference between great and terrible professional golf.

My 2 cents observation of his status from a distance is:

1. When he is interviewed he seems to have a great perspective on how fortunate he is to be doing what he is doing
2. The counterpoint about this is that he does not have the "killer" instinct anymore that drove him to be #1 in world

Great job B.i.G.
I play the same clubs and improved my game tremendously. I played my best round with the B.i.G. TPs  2 weeks ago -5.
I am thrilled and would recommend to anyone to try it. Especially the wedges are amazing. They generate such a lot of spin in the short Game.
Go David, the way to world class prepared.

That counts as a "tiny" difference?  No direction control and not making any putts? Hmm...

In that case, every muni is full of guys that are close to playing great professional golf!
