What I'm playing is pretty close to what would be a "dream bag" for me I suppose. I think it might be nice to go and have a tour-level fitting, but a tour level fitting is hard to come by if you aren't a tour-level player or have a tour-level paycheck.

I agree with Wsc04forever, this changes daily. Fun to think about. Here's today's list:


Driver:  I can go in any direction on the driver - I'd get something perfectly fit that goes far and straight! Would probably lean towards Ping.

Fairways: Tour Edge 3 and 5 woods, probably a CB4/5 3 wood to use as a secondary driver and an XCG 5 wood for off the fairway.

Hybrid:  Something from Adams, preferably an XTD 21 degree that doesn't fall apart!

Irons:  Wishon 870ti's, 5-GW. Max COR across the face, maximum forgiveness and distance but surprisingly little offset and and a thinner topline.

Wedges:  Really get along with my Vokey's. Though someone custom from Scratch or JP would likely be the choice here.

Putter: Custom Machine or Bettinardi. My two favorites for sure. If we're dreaming I'll take one of each.

Funny how many say 'what i have now.' Last fall/winter/early spring I decided to re-vamp. Got a G 20 Driver, I 20 3 wood, I 20 17*, I15s-3-UW, all excellently fitted and the new Anser putter. ( Already have several good wedges) Re-shafted my I5 2 iron to match the I15s. Been playing great this summer and don't plan to change anything in the near future. Added bonus, a knuckle headed friend, who I love dearly, got a G20 driver and did not like it, so now I have two. Ain't life grand? (lol)
