Has anyone bought clubs on ebay and gotten knock offs? If so what was the outcome?

Tons of people have.  Outcome depends on the seller, but pay with PayPal and use a credit card and you have 2 levels of protection. It is also important to buy from a trusted seller. Look through this forum ( search for eBay and review the threads) for some reputable sellers.

Only once have I purchased fake clubs on ebay. I bought some Callaway x forged wedges and I knew they were fake as soon as I opened the box. I simply contacted the seller and said I want to return them. No problem. I only purchase from sellers that offer refunds.

If the seller has good feedback, theyll usually make it up to you.  If they dont, paypal or credit card will.  If they have bad feedback...well...I guess you deserve whatever you get.
