Love the 825 pros, will have to add a MP-H4 3 iron, and will need a gap wedge as the lofts are a bit strong, but I think I'd rather sub one of the new T4 gap wedges, or maybe find a cleveland cg15, love those.

Are there gap or sand wedges included in these sets? I noticed neither have specs for them, the 800pro both had the GW, while the old 800 had the GW and SW included.
Yeah the specs sheet link I posted is for the European side where we've never really got gap wedges (no idea why) All the info is now on the US site - with GW and with bounce / offset etc http://www.mizunousa...-pro-golf-irons
Page not found. Looks like they pulled it from the site.
It was up for a brief minute!  Sure it will be back soon, some of the other links on their main page lead to nothing now too like the Gary Wiren videos

They must have.  But they were definitely there this morning.  I called Mizuno yesterday and they told me that the new stuff would be up on the website by next Tuesday, 9/4.

I have hit all of the new irons.  Went through a fitting yesterday.  Focused on the 825 Pros.  Which IMO are light years better than the 800 Pros.  Better looking, WAY more solid feeling.  I always felt the 800 Pros were clunky and very non-Mizuno feeling.  It's very likely I will be placing an order in the next few days.  For 825 Pros with KBS Tour X shafts.  Those shafts were the run away winner for me during my fitting.  Finally going to replace my MP-60's!!

I hit the 825 pros with Project Xi's and loved them.  Much improved in looks and feel from the 800 pro and I had very consistant results in terms of yardage and direction on the monitor.  Agree, great irons.

I have hit the JPX wedges.  They are a very nice compliment to the 800 Pros and will be for the 825 Pros.  I was afraid trajectory might be high but it is the same as MP line of wedges but I have mine shafted with True Temper Spinners so that might make a difference.  Feel like a vokey with the cast head and face milling.  They hold up really well too.

Yeah, I wanted to love the PXi's, but they just weren't the right match for me.  My dispersion was not near as good as the KBS Tour X.  Must be the lighter weight since I swing pretty fast.  Smooth 6 iron swing is 92-94 mph.  The optimizer wanted me in heavier shafts, DG X, KBS X, PX 6.5.

Yes.  A very forgiving wedge that actually throws some spin on the ball.  It's not forged, so it's not that soft, but when you can get a ball to check up quickly, you forget about feel.

I hit the 825 Pros when I was trying out different iron shafts. They had the 825 heads in the standard Mizuno fitting locker/box at GolfTown

Unless the heads were originally shafted with graphite, then yes, the A and B weight heads are all .355 taper.

I would replace my CG7's with those 825's non-pro version if I had the $$$$. I miss my mp37's but can not practice enough to game them.

Been gaming them for a couple weeks.  Custom fit.  I'm impressed.  My father is getting fit for a set now.  I'm about a club longer due to fitting and swing changes.  Accuracy is great.  They look VERY nice to me. Honestly, I can't think of what else someone might expect from a GI iron, once fitted with the right shafts and L/L/L.  Great time to be a golfer with all these high tech choices.

Moderate to low.  Not as prominent as other GI irons, but more than players clubs.   Absolutely no issues with the offset.  No hook shots for me.

Played 2 rounds with them now and I live them. Lower ball flight than my nike vr pro cavities and they feel better on flushed shots. The soles seem really thick but at address the look good.

Funny, I played the same Nike irons last year and have a similar experience switching.  I find them longer too, but that might be the shaft in my case.   Frankly, I liked the Nike vr pro cavities quite a bit.  Had the shafts been a better fit, I may have kept them as backup or a leave behind set at a relative's house.

How do they compare to the MP-650 hybrids from last year?  Those MPs were long, but not very forgiving.

Thats why i changed too, the dynalite shafts were making me hit it way to high with the nike although i loved the heads.

I like the head. It's kinda loud but not offensive. Comparable distance to what I've used in the past but very easy to hit the ball straight. I went with the stock Fujikura Orochi blue, I was getting great numbers on center hits.

A little bird told me that there may be a new adjustable Mizuno driver on the way, I am excited for that as well.

I have the 54 and 58 JPX wedges with Project X 5.5 shafts. 2 degrees up. Also using the 50 degree JPX 825 gap wedge.

It's funny, I had the same 54/58 setup with my Vokey's previously, and with those I LOVED the 54 but rarely used the 58. With the JPX wedges I took to the 58 immediately and it's greatly improved my chipping and approach shots from under 70-75 yards.

Interesting. I hope they still offer a glued version too though.

I'm a big fan of the 825 head, it sets up perfect for me.

I've now had my 825 Pro's for a week.  I've played 36 holes with them and have had them out for 2 range sessions.

I'm in love.  I'm coming out of older Pings and I thought that I'd be going to the G25's but every Ping model hit the ball too high for me, and I don't need that much offset in the scoring clubs.  I tend to be a pretty good ball striker, so the compact Pro head was perfect for me.  They're gorgeous at address.  They handle my occasional thin miss pretty well, and they slice through our fairly firm conditions here perfectly.

My 2nd round with them ever, I had to confirm my score in the GHIN system twice because it was "significantly below the average for this golfer."  I hit the last 6 greens in a row.  I was throwing darts with these bad boys.

I went 4-GW in standard lies with S300's (+1/2") and a midsized grip.  They took about 4 business days to arrive here in NC.  I love the wedges, but I'm still looking for what SW/LW to pair up with them.  On the top end, I have a Ping G25 20* hybrid handling everything 190-200.

If you're on the fence about the 825 Pro, go hit them.  They're spectacular.
