Mine is 8.5* set neutral/square with 12g in heel and 2g in toe with the factory RIP'd NV Stiff cut to play @44.5". I like it somewhat, but really want to try something different shaft-wise. I might try my Speeder VC 6.1 X Flex since nobody was interested in buying it on BST, but still think that it is too much for me as my SS is 100-105. Also thinking about an AXE Tour SL...hhmmmmm....

Got fitted into the Devotion after I ordered the head but a happy coincidence on the shaft color.

9.5 Razr fit with a Tour Ad Di 7x set to Standard. Play a fade and I have to admit, this combo, especially the face of the razr fit, is LONG!

**Update**

I have my settings figured out that net me the best performance...

10.5* Razr Fit, Ust Avixcore Tour Black 69g X-Stiff, Square Setting, 6g Toe / 4g Heel

I highly recommend the OptiFit weight kit. For me, lightening the head made a big difference in my performance and measured results with this stick.

whats the SW for this set up?

Ok, pulled the trigger on a Razr Fit. Picked up a 9.5* with a Diamana Whiteboard 73 X-Stiff from Callaway Pre-owned. 1st off this club was basically new. There was a small scratch or 2 on the shaft and the head looked like it never hit a ball. This combo is terrific for me. The heavier firmer shaft has all but eliminated the left side of the golf course. Flight is straight or a power fade when I need it. Distance is comparable to my FT-9 but the accuracy is much tighter. Ball flight is a bit flatter too so my roll out was a bit better as well although the North East has been soggy for the past month. I hace the settings at Square and the 12g weight in the heel but I may look into picking up the opti-weight kit as well. Overall this may be the best Driver I have hit and can't wait to play a full season with it next year. Nice job again Callaway!!!

Razr-fit 9.5...10g heel - 2g toe.  I have 3 shafts: Stock Rip S..Open setting, Motore F3 70x and a TM Voodoo SNV6 tipped half-inch...Square setting; they all play @45".  I actually don't mind the stock Rip, but only after I cut it down to 45", and yes, it is a tad soft, but I don't mind the noticeable flexing/kick...with the open setting that brings the flight down, and I am getting decent results.  Of the other 2 shafts, the Voodoo is my favourite; very nice mid-flight and lower spin.   However, when I first tested the Razr-fit, the best numbers were with a DI 6s..stock weighting: 109ss, 161bs, 12.5-14* launch, spin 2800-3200, and distance 295-305. So, needless to say, I am still looking for a DI6 at a good price.

I have an 8.5 set to open with the 12 in the toe, 2 in the heel. I play it at 45" with an Ahina 70x. Love everything about this setup but the new driver has me intrigued as they said it is FT Tour inspired, which is one of my favorite drivers.

I'm on the 3rd shaft in my Fit. First had the stock Ripd tipped 3/4" , 44.75" total, 12 toe , 2 heel , open. Much better than stock but shaft overall still too loose.

2nd version - AXE Tour stiff flex, 44.75"  started with 12 toe/2 heel , open setting  switched to the straight setting last few rounds. Much firmer feel, slightly lower ballflight,  very straight. Great shaft  when I'm playing a lot but too demanding if I take a few weeks off. The shaft is stiffer than any S flex I've tried and even some  X flexes.  .

3rd version -  PL Red Stiff, 45", open . 12 toe,  2 heel

9.5, RIP Alpha 60S, standard weights, set in the closed position.

Off topic question if you guys don't mind? I bought it in March of this year and the nice loud "tink" sound was awesome to hear at the tee. Lately I notice the "tink" sound is more of a thud.

I don't see any cracks or anything out of the ordinary and I still hit it the same distance. A month ago I bought the Razr 3 wood and there's the "tink" sound.
Any ideas what happened?

Can't help you with the sound.

But how do you like the Alpha? I'm thinking of going with the 70S

quick question.
If you put the club in the Open position to bring the ball flight down, but manipulate the club back to closed at address does that in effect cancel out the loft decrease?

Reason I ask is, I prefer a closed face at address, but with the club in the S or C position I am hitting it too high.
So I plan to move it to "O" but still close it with my grip at address.  Will that negate the decrease loft?

Thanks
Eric

I suspect that will decrease the loft even more.

10.5 Razr Fit,  with the stock NV Rip'ed 60 gram shaft in Regular flex.   Got a weight kit after struggling with my consistency a bit,  (was on a S setting, 2 gr. toe, 12 gr. heel) and went with a 3 gr. toe, 9 gr. heel setting with the S setting,  and it made a world of difference!   I have been hitting straight bombs now with it.   I have a Red Eyes RIP shaft (reg) also,  and the NV Rip'ed shaft is a better fit for me.

Tour Authentic 9.5, 12g heel, 2g toe, mainly set at square
Have a few shafts I switch around
Matrix TP6HD stiff TA tip
Matrix 6M3 X Black Tie TA tip
Matrix HD6 stiff non TA tip
Tour AD DI 6 X TA tip
Proforce V2 66g stiff non TA tip
Ahina 60 stiff TA tip
Attas 7 stiff non TA tip
Aldila RIP'D NV stiff non TA tip

I know its overkill & having quite a few choices doesn't always help my game but I love having the option to switch shafts depending on what I'm looking for on a particular day. Tiger shaft is the favourite at the moment closely followed by the 6m3.
