It gave back X100 SS, PX 6.0 and KBS Tour X SS. I didn't hit the KBS X only the S which felt fine but I ordered the S+ in my set to be closer to the optimiser recommendations. I am now a bit nervous I may have gone too stiff. My slowest swing speed was 88 fastest 91. Toe down was my lowest number so the 2.

You got the right stiffness. I have about the same swing speed on the MSO and have been playing X100s and x flex my whole life. I am looking to go into KBS c-tapers in S+, which tend to play a lot stiffer than KBS Tour's.
You will be fine with S+ and if anything you can always soft step them, but IMO that would be too soft for your swing speed.

Apparently TM doesn't do S+ so my guy ordered them with S straight in. I don't think it should be an issue. I was swinging really well that day and I'm coming from a 85 gram R flex shaft which I can still control without any issue. So I think stiff should play fine and again, hard stepping is always an option.

DG R300 is usually my go-to shaft. Do you know what kind of swing characteristic I need to have to fit into DGR300, and what benefits I will get by switching to Dynalite Gold XP R300?
You would need a smidgen less clubhead speed and a significantly quicker tempo to get a DNA match for Dynamic Gold R300.
The Dynalite Gold XP R300 is a little lighter than the Dynamic Gold R300 and it is recommended because the lower weight matches your smooth tempo. Dynalite Gold XP R300 is slightly softer in both butt and tip; it might be a little easier to swing and should offer a slightly higher ballflight. I don’t think the performance differences will be dramatic but each golfer is unique, so as always testing is advised.
Your smooth tempo is very close to matching much lighter weight shafts such as the Dynamic Gold SL R300 and the Nippon NS Pro 950, the weight difference between these shafts and DG R300 is more significant, so perhaps this is an area worth exploring.

My numbers were 85/4/4/7/6.
I ended up going with PX 5.5 but I'm starting to want something heavier, maybe S400 or something.
Thanks for the help!

Any thoughts on PXi 5.0 or KBA Tour R for my swing DNA?

I think mine was 87 4,6,4,2
Think that means I have a very late release? Can't remember my recommendations, so any help with that, based on these number would really help?
Thanks

I just finished reading over the pages and you have been very helpful throughout the life of this thread! Thank you!
Where can I find the parameters of the four categories: Tempo;ToeDown;KickAngle;Release???
Are they all 1 to 9? And what do the extremes stand for?
For instance, I deduct that with Tempo, the lower numbers=smooth and the higher numbers=quick.
Please share.
Thanks!!
The Mizuno website has a comprehensive background on the optimiser and swing DNA. The Luke Donald video on the right of the page is worth watching and the DNA screen shot image (middle right of page) visually shows shaft flex and weight in relation to swing speed and tempo.
Tempo: 1 = slow (lighter shaft), 9 = fast (heavier shaft)
Release: 1 = late (tip stiff shaft), 9 = early (tip flexible shaft)
Hope this helps.
